Fixed Photo Gallery

The photo gallery has been fixed. No more error message (hopefully!) and you should be able to upload your pictures. Let me know if you have any issues. Improvements are still trying to be made. Hopefully I will be able to complete this change-over shortly. Keep me posted if there are any problems.
