The party is over...

Well my birthday has come and gone. Thank you to everyone who sent me a birthday present. It was greatly appreciated! Sorry about no update yesterday. I was not it the right "state of mind" to do an update. Hangover is an understatement.
My birthday was great. I was able to enjoy some time doing absolutely nothing. On Tuesday we drank in the parking lot of Stop & Shop with Patti (the assistant Store Manager). We were there til about 3am Wednesday morning. Then Wednesday night all of us went to Hooters and TGI Fridays to celebrate me and Krystle's birthday (who's birthday is today). Overall it was a good couple of days.
Now back to reality. No more drinking (for a little bit), no more partying. Back to the world of work. On the other hand I will be starting a new job in 2 weeks. I am going to be a PC Specialist for Associates of Cape Cod. It's a full time job, with benefits, and it pays $35k a year! I am very excited but at the same time saddened. I will have to leave my job at the college and my vacations to Florida will be far and few. Time for Joe to grow up and act like an adult. The good news is that I will be making more money and I will have a good health and dental benefits. The job starts in 2 weeks and I am very excite to be moving on in the world.
